Eddie with Five Star Home Services arrived today on-time and in a great mood, and he called ahead to let us know that he was on his way. He had outstanding knowledge of our system and expertise in carrying out the service, even going a step further in diagnosing a humidifier issue that we had. He was a pleasure to talk with and have in our home. We have lived in Westerville for over 12 years and have had the opportunity to work with many companies specializing in home services. In my opinion, Five Star Home Services is one of the best that we have worked with and Eddie is one of the best technicians that I have met. They were fast to respond a few years ago when our furnace failed us in the middle of winter and have been great to work with since the replacement of our furnace and air conditioning unit at that time. Fast, dependable and reliable company in my experience.

Our Service Tech was Josh Anderson. He represented your company very well. He called with an estimated time of arrival; he arrived promptly. He was very thorough in his check of our furnace and took the time to explain much of the process. He was clean, personable, knew how to perform his job very well. He asked us to be sure and let him know if any problems. We liked him very much. We would also rate Five Star very high. Very professional and thorough.

Outstanding Service from Eddie! I recently had the pleasure of having Eddie come out to service my furnace, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Despite it being late in the day, Eddie was incredibly kind, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was thoroughly checked and explained. He patiently answered all my questions and offered valuable advice without any pressure. Eddie’s dedication and expertise were evident throughout the entire visit. I truly believe it would be in the best interest of the company to consider Eddie for a direct sales role—his knowledge and customer-focused approach would undoubtedly make him an asset in that capacity. Got here same day I called, quickly diagnosed the problem with two of our drains. One he fixed and the other he was not able to fix so he did not charge us for that one (it involved taking equipment on the roof to clean out the vent pipe). He told me just what we need to do to fix it and we can do that ourselves. Five Star is a great company and I’m glad we purchased their maintenance plan when we got our furnace from them last year!

Prompt, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and had a great seasonal deal for the auger service we needed. Provided video footage of their cameras in pipes etc. Would use this company again.

First, thanks 5-Star for reaching out and reminding me of my annual plumbing inspection. I had forgotten about it. Appreciated the service Mike provided. Friendly, professional, and courteous. He wore shoe protection while in the house. I really appreciated that. Thorough in his inspection and provided easy to understand info regarding my plumbing. Answered all my questions with direct responses. Will definitely use 5-Star for future appointments.

Eddie Johnson has an excellent work ethic. He cleaned my furnace blower unit and did the job the way it should be done. He doesn't take any shortcuts, but makes sure the job is done right
